I'm Juniper. I'm a Registered Dietitian with a master's degree in nutritional biochemistry and 20 years of research in nutrition supplements. I also spent some of those same years 100 pounds overweight, size 22, on medication for depression and anxiety, and ashamed that I (a nutrition expert!) couldn't figure it out. 

 

When you untangle the emotions and find better ways to meet these needs, life gets better too!
