Step 1
Shift Beliefs and Fears that Underlie the Eating
Addressing beliefs underneath the eating builds the foundation
In the first step, we work on exploring and shifting the unconscious blocks underlying your eating. Because until you shift these beliefs, the food stuff feels like deprivation. This could look like:

Step 2
Optimize Nutrition and Reset Habits
Now that your beliefs are on board, it's time to shift the food behaviors

In this step, we introduce a clean-eating style of eating modeled after the pattern of seasonal eating humans have followed for thousands of years to reset habits and shift metabolism into fat-burn mode (your body has stored fat for just this reason!).
Food plan emphasizing protein*, healthy fat and vegetable variety optimizes nutrition, so your body has the building blocks it needs to minimize physiologically-based cravings
Clients (and research) report: more energy, more satisfaction, sharper thinking, and released weight
Explore which foods are mental and physical triggers for long-term maintenance
Learn tools for cycling long-term to avoid drop-off or feelings of deprivation

Third, strengthen self-care and coping to feel nourished and supported long-term

Learn new ways to nurture yourself with love through somatic and self-discovery activities based on love languages, “inner critic”, societal expectations for women, Goddess archetypes, sensuality, and more:
Fall in love with yourself by finding your own unique radiance
Explore ways to nurture yourself that are most satisfying to you
Feel empowered with your Queen energy so that you can better prioritize yourself and health, and from this overflow give to others
Learn to prepare nourishing healthy food quickly and with ease
Savor food’s textures and flavors through mindfulness activities
Practice gratitude to find more joy and appreciation in daily life and when creating new experiences

Strengthen Coping Tools
Develop an arsenal of coping tools by finding your personal motivators and gently shifting self-sabotaging habits and judgements around rest, busyness, movement, and self-care
These three steps give you the mind, body and heart foundation and tools to take back your power over food for good! With more energy and freedom, you can make the empowered choices right for you.

What the Journey Looks Like (For Real!):
The 6-month program weaves together private sessions, group coaching, and pre-recorded video modules to look like this:
While you are doing that, I will be weaving together nutrition, subconscious work, energy healing and coaching to help you get the major breakthroughs and shifts. This includes:
Quantum energy healing to look at your energy field for areas that need support
This could be physical support (like turning up metabolism) or gaps in things like self-love, self-worth, and energy boundaries that I will bolster and then use to guide our coaching sessions
Coaching to support you in food and life challenges
Hypnotherapy, timeline healing, and NLP to shift subconscious beliefs and blocks
This might be fears (so many fears!), past and generational experiences, food-specific cravings, or turning up empowerment and actions towards your dreams using vivid, sensory-rich imagery
Targeted food and nutrients for your particular health issues
Here, I will review your health and diet history to optimize food and nutrients to support your biochemistry, metabolism, genetics, stress coping, and any other areas that need support
When I was developing the Craving Alchemy program, I did a lot of channeling to distill my whole journey - all the workshops, books, and the very best reflective activities that one-by-one had built upon each other to create the transformation.
It starts with the foundational work, like visioning and belief in yourself. Because without that, everything else wouldn't work. From there, it continues to build, guiding you to have breakthroughs and gently shift behaviors on an identity level so the transformation becomes part of you.
I've tried to do various pieces of the program alone, but I think it's really when the whole thing is together that it hits all the necessary components for the magic to happen.
It's not just the nutrition.
It's not just the subconscious reprogramming
It's not just the timeline work and energy healing
It's not just the breakthroughs

It's all of it together.
