The 6-month program weaves together private sessions, group coaching, and pre-recorded video modules to look like this:

  • 1 private OR group session each week.  This is where we get the big breakthroughs and personalized / community support
  • 1 online module with 5 short video lessons every other week. This provides the background info and smaller shift activities, with homework reflection and actions. 
  • Change your approach to food: After some foundational work month 1, we use a food challenge habit reset utilizing ketosis (with a focus on animal protein, healthy fats, and lots of vegetable variety) to get rid of trigger foods that are hijacking your brain (I am going to help you make it easy!). After 1 week (or a little more if you have candida), your mind will clear and you'll have more energy... I promise! And this is a long-term or short-term tool you can use whenever you need a reset or burn fat.
  • Homework: reflective journal prompts and small action changes that add up over time

While you are doing that, I will be weaving together nutrition, subconscious work, energy healing and coaching to help you get the major breakthroughs and shifts. This includes:

  • Quantum energy healing to look at your energy field for areas that need support

    • This could be physical support (like turning up metabolism) or gaps in things like self-love, self-worth, and energy boundaries that I will bolster and then use to guide our coaching sessions

  • Coaching to support you in food and life challenges 

  • Hypnotherapy, timeline healing, and NLP to shift subconscious beliefs and blocks 

    • This might be fears (so many fears!), past and generational experiences, food-specific cravings, or turning up empowerment and actions towards your dreams using vivid, sensory-rich imagery

  • Targeted food and nutrients for your particular health issues 

    • Here, I will review your health and diet history to optimize food and nutrients to support your biochemistry, metabolism, genetics, stress coping, and any other areas that need support
