What Happens in the Healing?
During the healing, Juniper will discuss your goals and desires and use techniques like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy and EFT / Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Timeline healing to shift beliefs, release blocks, and align subconscious with your conscious goals. For example:
Allowing yourself to feel emotions instead of avoid them:
- If your subconscious learned that eating keeps you from feeling discomfort, you will keep eating. Maybe you can power through with willpower for a while, but that eventually runs out. And its HARD! When your subconsious is guided to learn from feelings instead, you no longer default to eating!
- When we heal fears of allowing feelings at the root level: When we go back in the timeline and look for the root of the feelings, you can finally see the experience with fresh eyes and take away new learnings and understanding. Often we keep reliving the same moments because there is something we needed to learn. Now, you see feelings in a different way... allowing you to move through them!
Easing fears like hunger, deprivation, "being seen" and more:
- If you have starvation in your timeline, your subconscious may panic if you try to limit food. Then, you may need to go back in your timeline and learn new lessons from this experience that don't conflict with your goals. The panic calms down!
- When we ease the emotional charge around subconscious fears: By calming these deep fear patterns, the nervous system can relax, cravings decrease, and the urge to emotionally eat diminishes, creating space for the body to align with your conscious health intentions. The body can release the extra weight it was holding as protection.
Integrating conflicting parts to strengthen your success:
- When your goals become integrated into your identity at the level of the subconscious, you can stop relying on willpower alone. Your beliefs, habits and motivation become encoded into your nervous system, making follow-through happen naturally
- Addressing all the parts needs eases the internal battle: If a part of you wants to feel healthier and have more energy, while another part doesn't want to miss all the fun, these parts will fight against each other. When we speak to both parts at the subconscious level, we will explore how they BOTH have your best interests at heart which helps you find a way that aligns and honors them together so you can move forward more powerfully

Hypnosis is about painting a vivid picture to your subconscious so it can align with the path to get there. Your subconscious doesn't recognize the difference between reality and a story (that's why movies and books can be so absorbing!), so this picture becomes your new reality.
Hypnosis is not:
It's not the stage shows with people clucking like a chicken
Its not mind control or brainwashing
Its not surrender
Instead, hypnosis is:
You are in total control - Your subconscious will never allow something that it doesn't want to do
Relaxes the critical faculty that currently is telling you it can't be done
Helps bring your desires (what you truly want!) into REALITY
What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to access a state of deep relaxation in which you have heightened focus and concentration. The goal is to relax your conscious mind so that we can work with your subconscious mind. While in this state, hypnosis allows you to be more open to suggestions to making healthful and positive changes in your perceptions, sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts or behaviors. It will feel like going into a deep meditation or light sleep and you will be in complete control.
What is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a method of behavior change that works at the level of the subconscious mind. We take in an enormous amount of information about the world at all times. To make sense of this information, the mind is forced to simplify. By shifting the lens we use to simplify this data, we can change the way the information is processed and recorded in a more favorable light. In doing so, your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors come into alignment with your desired outcome.
What is Timeline healing?
Timeline healing uses the subconscious to access and process stuck emotions and beliefs from past experiences. These blockages have a ripple effect on behavior influencing your choices and actions. By processing the events at this level, you are able to view the experience with a broader understanding and take in new learnings, releasing stuck energy and empowering you to move forward towards your conscious desires.
What is EFT / Tapping?
Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a mind-body approach for relieving distress. It combines principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology for deep-level relief and transformation. It involves gently pressing on the specific points in the body’s energy meridian points while focusing on the distress in a specific way. Tapping has been proven to reduce stress and cortisol, improve sleep, relieve pain, increase productivity, and more.
